At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every T-shirt before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, please ship the product back to us as per the instructions shared by our support team. After receiving the item, our quality team will inspect it. If the product passes inspection, your refund will be initiated. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost, depending on your preference and product availability.

Please note that customized, personalized, or made-to-order T-shirts are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Additionally, discounted or clearance sale items may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless explicitly stated.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error from our side. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the necessary details.
