We strive to ensure that every T-shirt you receive meets our quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, washing, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in cases of size issues, damaged products, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items delivered. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images or videos showing the issue, to initiate the request.
Once your return request is approved, we will share return instructions. After the product is received and inspected by our quality team, eligible exchanges will be processed or refunds will be initiated as applicable. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Please note that customized, personalized, or made-to-order T-shirts are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect. Items purchased during sale or clearance may also be excluded unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part. In case of approved refunds, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
